Hidden Costs: An Examination of the Price We Pay for Workplace Inequity.

The AIA Houston Women in Architecture Committee is pleased to announce their third annual Equity Series. Hidden Costs, an investigation into the price we pay for workplace inequity, is a two-part series that:

• Examines the way intersecting identities experience a compounded effect from workplace inequity
• Investigates losses incurred where inequity exists
• Communicates effective strategies for improving equity in the workplace
• Champions diversity in leadership
