The AIA Houston Women in Architecture Committee is pleased to announce their third annual Equity Series. Hidden Costs, an investigation into the price we pay for workplace inequity, is a two-part series that:
- Examines the way intersecting identities experience a compounded effect from workplace inequity
- Investigates losses incurred where inequity exists
- Communicates effective strategies for improving equity in the workplace
- Champions diversity in leadership
