A Climate Action Plan (CAP) provides evidenced-based measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, meet the Paris Agreement goal of carbon neutrality by 2050, and prevent negative outcomes of climate change. These plans demonstrate how each city will adapt and improve their resilience to current and future climate hazards.
