Collaborations: the work of Kendall / Heaton Associates is an exhibition tracing the firm’s 35 year history of partnering with an ever expanding roster of world-famous design architects. The exhibit will also feature projects currently in development. Kendall / Heaton Associates’ work will be illustrated through timelines, videos, sketches, models, and construction documents. Join ArCH in learning about the complex, collaborative process behind KHA’s projects.

Kendall/Heaton Associates was founded in Houston in 1978 upon the premise that a clear distinction between the design phase and the production phase of a building project assures the client of a more efficient allocation of time and resources to each phase.  Specializing in the production cycle of building projects, KHA enables design firms to focus on what they do best – schematic design and design development. Proficient in construction documentation and administration, the firm works closely with its clients and with premier design firms worldwide to turn ideas into constructible buildings.
As associate architect, KHA has worked successfully with many of the world’s premier designers by respecting their skills and expertise.  In turn, these designers respect KHA’s commitment to design standards, technical proficiency, and production discipline.  Striving to foster a team spirit among the client, the design firm, and other production consultants, KHA has managed the professional services on many important architectural projects.

This exhibit is sponsored by Hines and A&E The Graphics Complex.
