Admission is $10 for adults; $7 for Preservation Houston members and students with valid ID. Children 11 and under are admitted free. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Step behind the gates of one of Houston’s most exclusive early 20th-century neighborhood’s during Preservation Houston’s walking tour of Courtlandt Place on Sunday afternoon, April 14.

The only remaining gated “private place” neighborhood in the Montrose area, Courtlandt Place contains homes designed by some of Houston’s foremost architects. During the tour, you’ll learn about the history of the neighborhood, the architecture of its houses and the fascinating stories of the people who built them.

This is an exterior architecture tour only. The tour will not go inside any of the houses.
