Join WiA Houston for our ELEVATE Your Career Workshop to learn strategies for Self-Promotion, Personal Branding and Marketing Yourself. Melanie Meeks, founder of Meeks Marketing an AEC focused marketing firm, will lead a discussion on self-promotion in the AEC industry.   With over a decade of marketing experience which includes but not limited to; architectural award submission, interview coaching and marketing plan development, Melanie will share key strategies to marketing yourself and self-branding.  An open Q/A session will follow Melanie’s presentation.

Melanie Meeks, CPSM has 15 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, specializing in the development of marketing strategy, client development, project pursuits, and public relations. She graduated from Texas A&M University, is a Certified Professional Services Marketer, and is currently serving as Past President of SMPS Houston. She was previously the Director of Client Development at Kirksey Architecture in Houston, and launched Meeks Marketing in 2013. Melanie enjoys working side by side with clients helping them win work and achieve their marketing goals. A wife and mom of 3, she can often be found running carpool to baseball and play practices, chasing the toddler around, or relaxing with a good book.
