Join the MFAH for a program exploring Feng Shui: The Chinese Art of Placement.

This program was designed to explore the basic propronents of feng shui in relation to two contemporary work of art - Cai Guo-Qiang's gunpowder mural, Odyssey, and Song Dong and Yin Xiuzhen's 25 feet long Chopsticks - installed in conversation in the Arts of China Galley.  Following the converstaion in the gallery, Mast Yanyi, author and Feng Shui expert, will give a presentation regarding the foundation of the ancient practice.

About the Presenter

Master Yanyi is an author and feng shui consultant.  A descendant of Chinese scholars, she has been a college professor of ancient Chinese language and philosophies in Taiwon, and she consults on residential and commercial properties worldwide.
