Major Changes in the International Building Code from 2006 Edition to 2012 Edition

This class with explain in depth the numerous additions and subtractions that occurred during the 2012 code cycles on the IBC.  Major changes to high-rise buildings, egress width calculations, exit path markings, and fire service access as well as occupant evacuation elevators are just a few of the more important changes that took place.

  • Provide listeners with an in depth knowledge of the basic changes
  • Provide listeners with an understanding of the major IBC requirements.
  • Will explain the significant additions and subtractions that occurred during the 2012 code cycles of the International Building Code
