Mid-Century Architecture Tour to Sarasota, Florida
Join Rice Design Alliance’s Traveling Program with an exciting trip to Sarasota, FL, where you will have a chance to dive into an in-depth exploration of everything mid-century modern architecture and design. From January 23-26, 2020, the tour will be led by Stephen Fox, architectural historian, Fellow of the Anchorage Foundation of Texas, and lecturer at both the Rice Architecture school and the University of Houston Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and Design, and Donna Kacmar, FAIA, professor at the University of Houston Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and Design, and editor of Victor Lundy: Artist Architect (Princeton Architectural Press, 2018). Space is limited.
