Speaker Information

Pat Kiley

Our speaker is the founding principal of Kiley Literary Legacies. His firm writes about the history of the Houston construction industry and the fine people and their companies that serve this dynamic market. He also speaks about the market and the industry as he is doing here today.

His focus is people more than projects. He highlights the competence, courage and character of the people who have founded and led these great building companies since Houston was founded in 1836.

Prior to moving to writing full-time in 2020, he spent 14 years as a consultant with Kiley Advisors and FMI. He also led the Houston Chapter of Associated General Contractors for 20 years.

His awards and honors include AGC’s Master Builder Award and Honorary Life Membership. And in 2007, he was inducted into the “Constructor Hall of Fame” at Texas A&M University.
