There’s a great new project coming, and the client will be issuing a Request for Qualifications and a Request for Proposals. Do you know how to make your firm stand out to win the work? It’s time to play ball! Come hear from three seasoned proposal pros to learn the best practices needed before, during, and after the RFQ/RFP hits the streets. With the right preparation and processes, proposals are a great way to hone your marketing, and they can even be enjoyable!

  • Up your pre-game: learn what you need to have ready in your toolbox and the roles of all the team players well before the RFQ/RFP is out.
  • Game time: dive into your proposal strategy, see how to map out a game plan, understand how to run the plays, and keep your team focused on the win.
  • Post-game analysis: break down how well you played and where the team needs to practice most.

Christine Braunger, CF APMP, LEED Green Associate, brings over 30 years of experience in the AEC industry and has generated more than $2B in sales revenue. Her areas of expertise include capture planning for markets, clients, and specific project opportunities; developing client relationships; strategizing, coaching, managing, and writing proposals and presentations; and creating and implementing structured sales and proposals training and mentoring for AEC seller-doers.

 

Diana Brown, CPSM, Principal | Owner, Hello Diana Brown - Diana is an award-winning marketer who delivers inspiring presentations that challenge audiences to work smarter, not harder. Audiences love her practical strategies they can apply personally and professionally. After 17-years of working as an in-house marketer for architecture, engineering, and construction companies, Diana launched her own marketing consulting business, Hello Diana Brown. She applies her love for the A/E/C industry and proven approaches to help marketing teams and companies make winning easy.

 

Carrie Stallwitz , Assoc. AIA, grew up wanting to be an architect. Until year three of architecture school. Then she wanted to help architects get better at talking about what they do. She petitioned the Dean of the School of Architecture to take PR courses. Now, 25+ years into a career of discovering and telling the untold stories of the built environment, that passion is still alive.

Before starting Witz!PR, Carrie worked in marketing, communications, and PR capacities for architecture firms of all sizes, gaining hands-on experience in every facet of the client relationship process. She now uses this insight to help companies working in the built environment to find and connect with their key audiences.
