The Small Firm Roundtable meets monthly on the third Thursday of each month at 4:00 PM. This group provides a closed forum for dialogue among peers and a venue to support architects who have recently branched out on their own, have a growing firm, or are considering starting their own businesses. Meetings consist of focused conversation and invaluable insights on important issues and practices.

Topic: DiSC is a personal assessment tool used to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace. We will review the four main personality profiles and how to use this information to improve your business.
