Small Homes, Tiny Homes, what is it that people want in Houston?

See what Dan Phillips of Phoenix Commotion is doing in Huntsville with high creativity and high recycled content.  Surely Houston wants some of that!  Then Devin Robinson will show some of the container homes he has been working on.  Spoiler alert, they can be built to be floodproof without too much additional expense.  And Teresa Geisheker will update you with the latest Planning Department regulations for residential development regarding tiny homes.  Three diverse views on an interesting topic.
CEU’s available.
