TOUR LOCATIONS:

Heritage Plaza Renovation | led by Kirksey
1111 Bagby Street

Downtown is the most historic, yet contemporary part of the city and the center of Houston's cultural and business life. Heritage Plaza is the gateway to Houston’s Central Business District and the Tower, with its unique Mayan design, is the most visually unique and photographed building in Houston. Standing at 762 feet, the tower is the 5th-tallest building in Houston, the 8th-tallest in Texas, and the 60th-tallest in the United States. The recent renovations enhance the entry experience, opening the lobby up to more natural light and views, while providing a clear path to the elevators that was once obscured. A brighter material palette with softer, lighter finishes was deployed including a vegetated wall and social stair. The unique “sky lobby” was also renovated with similar features and includes a new outdoor balcony on the 13th floor carved out of existing interior space.

JP Morgan & Chase Co. Tower Lobby Renovation | led by HOK
600 Travis Street

The renovations of 600 Travis begins with a striking new trapezoidal pyramid entrance that pays an homage to the building’s designer, I.M. Pei, and adds almost 3,000 SF to the lobby. The new entrance increases natural sunlight and biophilic qualities for guests and tenants and creates a spacious, hospitality-style lobby with updated finishes and artistic light fixtures. The renovation also includes significant updates to the lobby and exterior plaza, the addition of connected, collaborative workspaces, enhancements to other building common elements, and the addition of a state-of-the-art conference center that can accommodate up to 150 people in various rooms over two floors, including the lobby level with a large, versatile gallery space. The comprehensive revitalization will welcome forward-thinking tenants for years to come.

Texas Tower Amenities | led by PDR
845 Texas Avenue

The latest addition to the downtown Houston skyline, Texas Tower, also known as “T2”, is a nod to the dynamism, energy, and style of both the building and those who spend their days here. The grand lobby of T2 features double-height ceilings and a massive mezzanine. The tenant floors offer functional office spaces with stunning sky atriums and spectacular downtown, while the ground floor and amenity spaces offer multiple food and drink options, a full-featured co-working space, flexible fitness center, dedicated library, and adaptable amenity spaces. T2 has something to offer every tenant.
