HARC LEED PLATINUM & NET ZERO PROJECT TOUR
SteelDay HARC Facility Tour: Join us as we tour this 20,000-sq.-ft facility that has received LEED Platinum Certification and is approaching a Net Zero Energy Building Certification. The building was one of the first in Texas to be subjected to a whole-building LCA. The project team approached the design with this end in mind, including consideration of materials for construction and an LCA that pointed to the utilization of a structural steel frame. Attendees will have an intimate look into the structure's features and learn about the collaborative design approach that makes this facility a stunning example of sustainable design.
