Description

Attendees will hear stories about how architecture impacts the lives of people with disabilities. Each story will focus on a different physical or mental disability and will illustrate how access was improved or denied.

  • Understand applicability of ADA law and Texas Accessibility Standards
  • Learn how individuals lives are affected by architectural and social barriers.
  • Review methods of removing barriers and designing barrier free environments.
