Mark Carter has more than 18 years experience providing all phases of architectural services from construction administration and team selection to interior space planning and tenant improvements. His design, technical and project management talents have been refined at established architectural firms such as Ken R. Harry Associates, Inc. and Paul Addington & Associates, as well as the commercial real estate firm Caldwell Watson.

Mark has designed projects ranging from custom restaurant facilities to large corporate office projects. He has extensive experience in the research and application of building codes and ordinances, including the ADA and TAS. For two years, Mark has been provid- ing plan reviews and inspections of facilities for physical and communication barriers and assisted with the development of compliance strategies for those facilities.
