Stella Maris Architecture

Stella Maris Architecture has established the pursuit of beauty as the guiding principle of its practice.  This ideal of beauty is studied as an objective ideal as defined in the classical qualities of Integritas, Consonantia, and Claritas; Integrity, Consonance, and Clarity.  Please refer to the website for more explanation of these qualities and their application in architecture.

In practice, Stella Maris Architecture, will endeavor to invest a careful consideration of the building, seeking to understand deeply the conceptual intention, program, context, structure and various other considerations that unite to make a building. Equally important, this practice will seek to achieve a fruitful collaboration with the client as part of this exploration.  

Ultimately, the goal will be to arrive at a thoroughly conceived and unified work of architecture, which is Integritas; at a building in harmony with its essense and program, which is Consonantia, and a building remarkable for its clear expression of its essense and an impression of respose to those visiting it, which is Claritas.
