Responsibilities

Applicants should be able to produce construction drawings for residential and small commercial facilities based on sketches. Respond to City / County permit revisions. Communicate with clients, Architect and contractors. Effectively communicate with Project Architect when regarding a working project. Assist with any other work related tasks.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience producing Construction drawings
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Knowledge of space planning and construction techniques and materials.
- Familiarity with construction drawings.
