Architectural Interior Designer
The Architectural Interior Designer's key responsibilities include visualizing and sketching design plans as per client goals, sourcing products and materials, determining costs and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications are met.
Wamhoff Design Build is a multi-faceted company specializing in high-end residential, but also works heavily on development and light commercial.
Interact with clients throughout the design process from initial layout through construction.
Lead the design efforts for all stages of a project, including leadership with the client, contractors, and internal team.
Assist in management of projects through developing project scope, schedules, job production, quality, and fee management.
Lead programming, conceptualization, development, and integration of strategic design solutions.
Consult with manufacturers, research, and evaluate materials.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure budgeting for specification production, and coordinate scheduling and production of project specifications.
Assist in the Takeoff/Bidding process.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines – phases, milestone deliveries and various project delivery types.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign programs.
3-5 years’ experience working directly with clients in high end residential selections and furnishings.
Technical competence and proven experience in schematic design through construction documents.
The ability to contribute and participate in an interdisciplinary team environment.
