We are seeking a collaborative, solution-oriented, team-focused BIM Manager to join our team

Responsibilities

The BIM Manager position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of BIM standards and processes including modeling procedures, families and templates. Additional responsibilities include training staff on BIM standards and processes, reviewing models for adherence to BIM standards and processes, and participating in the planning and execution of an office-wide BIM deployment.

Qualifications

BIM Manager candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter that is willing to work within a team environment, and should have a minimum 4 years of experience utilizing BIM within the field of Architecture. Candidate must be proficient in Revit, AutoCad, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Autodesk 360, and should have good written and verbal communication skills.

Documented experience managing BIM content and troubleshooting BIM related issues.

Bachelor Degree required, and experience in multi-family architectural sector is preferred.
