Construction Administrator

Looking for 5-15 years of experience in field/office environment. This position would work directly with the Client’s Contractors and our Consultants as well as report directly to the Principals with minimum direction required. Daily tasks would include reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, Change Orders and ASIs, preparation of site observation reports and attending construction progress meetings. Traveling in multiple states in the U.S. will be required.


Candidates must be fluent in Auto Cad and/or Revit, Microsoft, Excel, Procore, MS Work and Excel. Degree in Architecture or Construction Management required.

Candidate should be highly organized, creative, solution-oriented, and team-focused.
