Licensed Residential Architect – Partnership Opportunity

A two-woman residential design firm seeks third creative partner: RD Architecture has 15 years of design success and is looking for a third partner. With a full workload and 2024 goals to expand our services to Missoula, Montana, we are ready to add another creative force to our team

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include working both independently and as a team to complete a variety of residential projects. You should have the ability to draw a full set of detailed construction drawings and coordinate with consultants. Onsite construction experience is important - we have a team approach to building.

Qualifications

Here’s what we are looking for:
- Licensed for at least 3 years.
- Residential experience with both remodeling and new construction.
- We need a natural collaborator.
- Skills in 3D modeling and rendering.
- An interest in balancing firm management with project management.
- Strong people skills; listening carefully and responding to clients in a thoughtful way.
