Project Architect/Project Manager

Anderson Canyon, LLC has an immediate opening for an experienced Project Architect/Project Manager to join our growing team of professionals. Anderson Canyon is recognized as a leading design influence with an award-winning, diverse portfolio and a creative, collaborative studio.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all stages of complex architectural projects including programming, design, construction document production, specification writing, cost estimating, construction administration
• Provide interdisciplinary coordination with consultants
• Create and manage project schedules and budgets
• Effectively document, track and distribute all communications to project team members
• Effectively advance projects and maintain good working relationships with clients and team members

Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years of project management experience in architecture or engineering
• Self-starter, team player, and highly productive
• Professional license a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering preferred
• LEED accreditation and sustainable design experience a plus
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, collaborative software
• Well-versed in building systems and able to lead production of construction documents
• Experienced and well-versed in construction technology and construction administration
• Experienced specification writer
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Multifamily and Commercial projects
