Project Architect / Project Manager

Richter Architects is seeking an accomplished Project Architect/Project Manager to join our dynamic Corpus Christi team. Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Lead and execute all stages of complex architectural projects, from programming to construction documents and construction administration.
2. Government Compliance: Implement government agency requirements and guidelines.
3. Effective Communication: Document, track, and distribute project communications to ensure seamless collaboration.
4. Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
5. Statewide Travel: Be available for travel across the state as needed.

Qualifications

1. Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years in project management within architecture or engineering.
2. Self-Driven: A self-starter who thrives in a team environment.
3. Professional License: Professional architectural license preferred.
4. Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture preferred. Bachelor’s degree in engineering also considered.
5. Sustainability: LEED accreditation and sustainable design experience a plus.
6. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and collaborative software.
7. Construction Savvy: Well-versed in construction technology, specifications, and construction administration.
8. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. Problem-Solving: Organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.
10. Government Projects: Experience with government projects is a plus.
11. Background Check: Must be able to pass a federal government background check.
