We are an award winning custom residential firm seeking highly motivated, self disciplined candidates to serve as project leads on new construction and remodel/addition projects

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include project management from design to construction. Requirements include coordination with contractors, trades, venders along with client interaction. Candidates most delegate task within the firm to ensure projects are on time.

Qualifications

Candidates should have an architectural degree along with minimum 5 years experience in residential design/construction. Strong communication and leadership skills are a must. Experience with Vectorworks and Sketchup is a plus
