Project Designer

3. Participate as a design team member, working under the supervision of an Architect to contribute in all phases of project design from feasibility, concepts, design development and construction documents

5. Revit modeling as needed to pick up redlines or model various elements of a building project during all phases
6. Drawing sheet set-up and coordination, check set creation, and management of prints for distribution to the team
7. Base file creation/drafting
8. Coordination among Revit files as needed to assist in creating strong sets of construction documents
9. Participation in programming revision tracking through construction documents to ensure quality assurance/control
10. Provide meeting support to architects/design staff
11. Create boards and other presentation materials (interior finish boards, presentation boards)
12. Create design development/concept book presentations as needed
13. Work with the team to grow/evolve the PlanNorth brand with new ideas and initiatives

Pre-requisite Skills for Consideration:

Design and technical detailing experience using the Revit platform
CADD drafting, modeling, rendering, including Revit and SketchUp experience
Digital graphic skills including knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
Working experience and progress in the craft of construction
Strong Proficiency in Revit required
3+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture or Environmental Design is required
