Project Manager

This role is primarily in-office. This position requires a strong understanding of building systems and delivery methods, the ability to work in a team environment with consultants, and taking responsibility for the complete integration of design and technical aspects of a project. Architectural registration is preferred but not required.


- Thorough understanding of building codes and systems
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Assist Principals in developing plans to ensure project success
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, ability to achieve goals
- Strong interpersonal leadership skills and willingness to mentor younger staff
- Schedule and supervise Quality Assurance Reviews for projects, at critical milestones
- Ability to produce client presentation material as well as pricing and bidding packages
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners
- Other duties, as assigned or required


- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 7-10 years of design and technical experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing personnel
- Experience managing multiple consecutive projects in various stages
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and BIM (Revit)
- Demonstrated ability to produce/coordinate high-quality construction documents
