Responsibilities

The Regional Manager is a key member of the Ware Malcomb senior leadership team responsible for the overall management and growth of the Ware Malcomb Houston office. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will be responsible for revenue, profitability, staff management and overall client relationships. Ware Malcomb offers an excellent opportunity to lead and grow an office whilst benefiting from the support, network and resources afforded by an international design firm.

Qualifications

The Regional Manager, Architecture requirements:

-10+ years of experience within the field of Architecture with a minimum of two years at the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level. Preferred experience in a leadership role.
-Experience working on commercial architecture projects, including industrial, office, retail or other commercial. Healthcare experience would also be considered.
-Experience developing and maintaining client relationships. Strong local network preferred.
-Licensed Architect strongly preferred
-Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
-CAD and Revit knowledge
-Ability to lead and foster a team environment
