Residential Project Manager

Cornerstone Architects specializes in the architectural design of high-end custom homes. While concentrated in the Austin area, we also design luxury residences state and nationwide. We are an established medium sized firm dedicated to excellent and innovative designs, professional services and integrity to the field of architecture. Our growing business requires us to open an immediate position for a full-time Residential Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include all aspects of management for residential projects including client relations, design development, construction document coordination, consultant coordination, etc.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have an accredited Architecture degree, seven or more years of experience in an architecture firm, and have an active Texas architectural licensure. Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction documents is mandatory, fluency in REVIT is preferred. Knowledge of Sketchup and CS is also preferred.
