Senior Project Architect

eStudio Architecture is seeking a qualified full-time Senior Project Architect to join our team. Certification as a licensed professional and a Professional degree in Architecture are required with a minimum of 15 years of design and technical experience. As a Senior Project Architect, the candidate will be required to oversee timely and profitable completion of projects. Candidates are required to lead in a collaborative team environment, leading teams through all aspects of project development from design, construction documentation, through project closeout.

eStudio is an energetic collaborative environment with a passion to provide inspiring design and architectural services through robust client relationships. Ideal candidates would have experience or the ability to work across a several project types related to aviation, commercial, multi-family, hospitality, and healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge of codes and zoning regulations.
• Supervise and manage work of project team members to provide direction, organization, and quality control reviews.
• Responsible for project management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet established quality standards.
• Manage and assist with work on all phases of various architectural projects including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination and correlation of construction drawings and review production drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated high proficiency of communication skills is required, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility and capability of travelling both domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience directly leading projects and developing client relationships.
• Work directly to maintain communication with the project team, Principals, and the Director of Operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in BIM modeling (Revit) and Lumion (preferred).
• Demonstrate critical and strategic thinking to develop creative concepts and overcome project related issues.
• Adhere to and improve project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
