Sports Architectural Designer

PBK Sports is in search of a talented individual to fill the role of Sports Designer. The Designer will lead the architectural design of athletic facilities for all PBK's offices, including stadiums, arenas, natatoriums and playing fields. Extensive project experience in Sports Facilities, including collegiate or professional basketball, baseball and football stadiums, is mandatory to be considered for this position.

The Designer must have extensive experience drawing, sketching and preparing design presentation drawings. The Designer will have the ability to create design concepts and continue the development through all design phases. The candidate should work well in a design team environment and with senior management. The candidate should have extremely strong inter-personal skills and a "hands-on" leadership mentality. Aggressive, client oriented personalities with an aptitude for progressive design will succeed in this position.

Requirements

Minimum 5-10 years of total professional experience with designing Sports Facilities
Must be proficient in Revit, Photoshop, Sketchup and AutoCAD
Registered Architect preferred though not required
LEED AP BD+C preferred though not required
Strong devotion to client service
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines
Must be quality minded and self-motivated
