AIA HOUSTON INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE COMMITTEE’S MICROFESTIVAL FEATURING Catch These Compliments™️ by TheLoveBombRoom® Heal The Self through The Arts Series
September 24th 12:30pm thru 6:30pm
#CatchTheseCompliments is a global movement that celebrates life, people & community through the arts. Presented by AIA Houston in Partnership with NOMA Houston. Sponsored by HOK, LaNova Tile Importers, The KipCo & CS Gulf Coast, and Shaw Contract.
The Micro-Festival is an installation at this year's HoustonXDesign Week as their closing event. Held at Architecture Center Houston from 12-30pm - 6-30pm.
The 6-hour micro-festival will celebrate the point where architecture, the arts, and personal well-being intersect. Featured design professionals will speak on how architecture has the power to create healthy environments: physically, environmentally, and emotionally. Light Bites and Beverages will be served accompanied by a DJ, Harpist Haley Brant, and Live Architectural Sketching provided by Maksim Koloskov, designer at Rottet Studio.
Join us for an afternoon packed with art, education, and affirmation!
