DLR Group Houston adds Interior Designer: Autumn Gloetzner, joins growing international firm
The new DLR Group Houston office continues expanding their service offering with the addition of Autumn Gloetzner. She joins the firm as an interior designer, working primarily in the Workplace studio. She has been working on CA Technologies Real Estate Portfolio and on a corporate client expansion in downtown Houston. Gloetzner will be integral to projects from inception through completion, managing all aspects of interior design.
Over the last 13 years, Gloetzner has worked directly with clients and end users to optimize workspaces with improved flexibility and efficiency. Her work with Fortune 500 and enterprise-level companies improved her ability to leverage effective client communication to inspire creative space planning. Clients appreciate Gloetzner’s ability to deliver adaptable designs that can be shifted for future needs, thereby reducing operations cost for companies with high churn. She recognizes the significance of flexibility within a fast-paced, constantly changing workplace demographic. She draws on her past experience with prominent organizations such as ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil, MD Anderson and Samsung.
Gloetzner is an active member in several professional organizations including AIA Houston, the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), Rice Design Alliance, and Association of Change Management Professionals.
“Autumn’s experience with Change Management, understanding of demographic trends in traditional industries and responding to them with fresh, innovative design solutions make her an excellent addition to our interior design team,” according to DLR Group Principal Filo Castore, AIA, who leads the Houston office. “She understands how individuals work and translates that into meaningful, flexible spaces for those who will actually use the space day in and day out.”
