Genesis Planning is pleased to announce the hiring of two new employees: Jonathan Shapland and Leah

Jonathan Shapland joins Genesis with experience in Military Projects – Initial Outfitting & Transition (IO&T); completing work on several Armed Forces healthcare projects. He also has private sector experience, coming to us from Trinity Health, where he worked as a Sr. Project Manager/Planner. His extensive experience consists of medical equipment planning, budgeting, space planning, transition planning and project management for settings that include medical centers, community hospitals, and ambulatory care centers. Jonathan will initially assume the Genesis project management role for the nation’s two largest Army healthcare projects – Fort Hood Replacement Hospital and the Aberdeen Proving Grounds Research facility.

Leah Pratka joins Genesis from Waste Management Healthcare Solutions, where she worked for three years as Healthcare Solutions Specialist. Prior to working at WM, Leah worked at Lewis & Partners as an Account Manager Assistant where she performed administrative support to the president, account managers and team. She also spent a year in Australia after college to gain global exposure. Leah is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is a team player.
