The Griesenbeck management team made the commitment 3 years ago to employ, train and equip its' own installation crews. This philosophy represents a huge shift form the subcontract labor model the company employed for the previous 50 years of business. In addition to hiring additional team members, this move has included substantial investments in vehicles, tools, employee training and ongoing career development programs.
