Haynes Whaley Associates Transitions to Cardno Haynes Whaley

In October 2013 structural engineering firm Haynes Whaley Associates merged with global infrastructure and environmental services company Cardno. Effective January 1, 2014 the firm transitioned to the name Cardno Haynes Whaley and introduced the new firm logo.

The merger creates a firm that employs approximately 8,000 staff in over 270 offices worldwide. More than 4,000 of those staff are based in the United States and provide a broad range of services ranging from site civil engineering and environmental permitting to brownfields redevelopment services. With the addition of Haynes Whaley, Cardno now offers structural engineering services throughout the United States.

Following Cardno’s normal strategy, shareholders of Haynes Whaley Associates are now Cardno shareholders and remain active leaders in the company. Cardno Haynes Whaley operates as part of Cardno’s Engineering and Environmental Services Division in the U.S.
