Meeks + Partners project, The Vineyards at Old Town received the NAHB Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Award for Best Garden Apartment Community. The Vineyards was among five finalists selected in July for the prestigious multifamily award with the announcement last week that The Vineyards had won. It is an honor to be selected for this well respected award and even more rewarding to know the quality of work and efforts that went into designing the property were recognized.

The Vineyards at Old Town, developed by The Dinerstein Companies, is located in Temecula, CA, nestled in the Santa Rosa Mountains, just yards from the Temecula wineries. The property offers luxury 1 – 3 bedroom apartment living and 2 bedroom walk-up townhomes. The units feature upgrades beyond the norm with private courtyard entries, 14’ ceilings, built in desks, crown molding, pendant lighting, granite countertops and stainless appliances just to name a few. The property amenities also cater to wine country living and offer an onsite wine tasting room with the ability to store wine in private wine lockers.
