Sheila Rowley was recently promoted to Partner at Studio RED Architects. Sheila joined Studio RED in 2008 and has over 30 years of experience in design and architecture. During her career she has worked as the Director of Architectural Technology and Director of Operations as well as led architects as the project designer and architect for a variety of project types including education, worship, theaters, entertainment, retail, mixed-use, high-end residential and commercial.

She has experience with numerous large clients including Catholic Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, Episcopal Diocese of Texas, Sony, Westfield Corporation, Universal Studios, and Walt Disney. Sheila has maintained a consistent focus on quality control, documentation, detailing and specifications throughout her career and has worked on award-winning projects in Houston, including the City of Houston Permitting Office.

Sheila notes that “architecture is a profession that gives us opportunities to have a positive impact on the world.
