PCG Expands Design Expertise; Hires Project Manager Linda Yang

PCG welcomes the addition of Linda Yang as project manager. Linda is a registered architect and has a strong background in design, with almost 10 years of experience working for global architectural firms around the world. Linda will direct PCG’s production teams and work directly with clients on their project needs and final deliverables.

Linda comes to PCG from HOK and Gensler, where she primarily focused on mixed-use and commercial projects. She started her career as an architect at a small Houston firm where she worked on projects through every phase - from planning and design through construction administration. In those roles, she learned the skill of translating a client’s vision throughout the life of the project to completion.

PCG clients will benefit from Linda’s extensive range of project experience, including small and large cultural buildings, mixed-use developments, healthcare facilities, hotels, commercial office buildings and restaurants. PCG President Jing Johnson anticipates the addition of Linda as a project manager will strengthen the partnership with PCG’s clients.

“Linda has ‘walked in our clients’ shoes’ and understands the expectations they face from their clients. Her background helps make PCG an integral part of our clients’ teams, when we can share the pressures and deadlines on their projects.” Johnson says. “Linda knows the fundamental role a well-produced rendering can play for clients, owners and even the importance of visually promoting projects to the end users.”

Linda studied architecture at the top Chinese university, Tsinghua University, the Asian equivalent of Harvard. Upon graduation, she moved to the U.S. to attend Rice University’s Masters of Architecture program. When she is not balancing project demands at PCG, Linda keeps calm and focused through swimming, and spending time with her young son and husband.
