PCG completes core leadership team; hires VP of Business Development Valerie Delafosse

With several key hires in 2014, PCG has now fulfilled its leadership team with the addition of Valerie Delafosse. Valerie joins PCG as Vice President of Business Development with a primary role of expanding PCG’s core mission to bring clients’ vision to life in vivid detail. Valerie brings to PCG a strong background in design and construction as well as business optimization. She previously served as Executive Director for the Women Contractors Association, Manager for business consultancy Strategic Catalyst, and Manager for the National Business Development Association.

PCG President Jing Johnson commented, “Not only will Valerie’s background play an important role in PCG’s growth, I know she’ll be a great partner for our clients. She’s a connector whose focus is totally on helping others with their business. When our clients succeed, we succeed.”

Valerie brings a wide array of management capabilities, along with a healthy dose of architecture and construction industry experience. At the Women Contractor’s Association, she led the organization, from operations and membership to marketing and business development. Additionally, Valerie was a design manager and administrator for local architecture firms including Kirksey and Barone Design Group. In these roles, Valerie became familiar with design firm operations, which will inform her conversations with business prospects on how outsourcing 3D modeling can enable firms to operate more efficiently.

Valerie’s entrepreneurial spirit will come into play in the future growth of PCG – in a past life, she was a franchise owner of Curves for Women fitness center. She is a resident of Tomball, Texas and in her free time, Valerie enjoys volunteering with children’s organizations, and she is the volunteer Treasurer for Cub Scout Pack 469.
