Steve Salverino named President, Rosenberger Construction

General contractor Rosenberger Construction has named Steve Salverino as a Partner and President. Former President Kent Rosenberger is now CEO.

Salverino has worked for the company his entire career, joining in 1992 just after attaining a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Texas A&M University. He most recently served as Senior Vice President.

Rosenberger said, “Steve’s management skills have established Rosenberger Construction as a leading builder of office, industrial and retail facilities throughout Southeast Texas and enabled us to maintain top construction talent. His leadership will allow us to maintain high-quality services as we expand our construction of healthcare, higher education, worship and non-profit facilities.”
A LEED Accredited Professional, Salverino reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering sustainable, resource-conservative construction. He is active in NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association; Tilt-up Concrete Association; and Texas A&M University Construction Sciences Advisory Council.

Rosenberger Construction maintains offices in the Houston and San Antonio areas. Founded in 1991, the firm has built 19 million square feet in facilities for commercial, industrial and institutional entities. Their recent clients include Glazer’s, Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, Mims Baptist Church, The Salvation Army, Trammell Crow and Transwestern.
