Alex Nguyen, LEED AP, joined the Studio RED team in 2009. While at Studio RED, he has taken on many roles as an IT administrator and architectural project managert. With a wide portfolio of design experience, including worship facilities such as Mims Baptist Church and The Woodlands Church East Campus, and civic projects such as the Salvation Army Community Center, SEARCH Homeless Services, and the LEED Gold Houston Permitting Center, Nguyen is a vital part of the Studio RED team. During his time with Studio RED, Nguyen has also had the opportunity to design retail spaces, such as Pinkberry Frozen Yogurt, and work on residential architecture projects, like the home at Echo Valley Ranch. "My everyday experience in finding what the client needs and wants gives me inspiration for my sketches," said Nguyen. It is this level of expertise in design and focus on clients' individual needs that recommend him for this leadership position and make him such an asset to Studio RED.

Liz Ann Cordill, AIA, RID, LEED AP, is a dedicated architect with over twelve years of experience. Cordill joined the Studio RED team in 2013 while teaching full time at the University of Houston. "Studio RED has a great reputation in Houston and supports me in balancing teaching and practice," said Cordill. While at Studio RED, she has worked on projects like the MetroNational Tree House, Midtown Arts and Theatre Center Houston, and the Sugarland Performing Arts Center. Cordill has been accredited as a Leader in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and is a registered architect under the American Institute of Architects (AIA). She is a valuable team leader with broad architectural experience, and Studio RED is looking forward to many more years of successful project leadership.

Mindy Wilkinson Mechlem, AIA, LEED AP, became a part of the Studio RED team in 2009 after relocating to Houston from Los Angeles, and has brought over twelve years of experience as an architect. During her time with Studio RED, Mindy has worked on design projects for the Alley Theatre, Watershed Church, and the Saudi Arabia General Consulate Office of Houston. Her many sources of inspiration help her to provide valuable contributions to each Studio RED design team she is a part of. "As an architect, it's important to be an observer whether it is traveling and seeing the world's great architectural sites or just sitting at a park and people watching," said Wilkinson. Her continued creativity and commitment to client needs make ideal for the promotion to Senior Associate and a valuable part of the Studio RED team.

Rhona Vogt, AIA, joined the Studio RED team after relocating from Buffalo, New York in 2012, and has been an essential part of the Studio RED community ever since. While at Studio RED, she has worked on a variety of worship facility projects, such as the Katy Community Fellowship Church, the renovations to First Baptist Church of Conroe, and the Faithbridge Church Children's Building. Her breadth of experience as a registered architect in both New York and Texas has also made her an asset to Studio RED's growing portfolio of new construction and renovation projects, including the St. Agnes Academy, the Main Street Theater Renovation Project, and the Mt. Crested Butte Performing Arts Center. Self-described as "putting a very intricate puzzle together", Vogt's design process is an inspiration to others and a part of what makes her an asset to Studio RED.
