Texas A&M University recognized Three Square Design Group as a member of the 2014 Aggie 100, honoring the fastest-growing companies owned or operated by Texas A&M University former students. The second consecutive year for Three Square to make the list, the firm was ranked thirty-first with a compound annual growth rate of 57.692% from 2011 through 2013. Three Square was the highest ranking architecture firm honored in 2014.

“I’m honored for Three Square to be recognized by Texas A&M for such an accomplishment two years in a row,” said Three Square principal Jake Donaldson and graduate of Texas A&M. “But most of all I’m proud of my outstanding team, who gives us a competitive edge with our responsiveness to client needs and unparalleled turnaround time. This is what enables us to grow, year after year.”

Three Square opened its doors in 2008 as a one-person firm, and now operates with a firm of 20 staff and gross revenues of more than $3 million.
The Aggie 100 honors graduates from across disciplines for their entrepreneurial endeavors and success as business leaders. “Our Aggie 100 honorees demonstrate that the character and traditions developed at our great university continue to play a significant role in their success across industries and generations,” said Dr. Richard Lester, Executive Director of the Mays Business School’s Center for New Ventures and Entrepreneurship. “Aggie leaders have proven time and time again that no matter the situation, solid business ideas, strong character, tenacity, and hard work pay off.”
