WHR is pleased to announce the hiring of two new employees: Victor Hartman and Michael Smith

Victor Hartman returns to WHR from Jacobs Engineering. He is a Registered Architect in the state of Texas with over 20 years’ experience. Victor has extensive knowledge in code research, production of construction documents and construction administration, specializing in healthcare.

Michael Smith joins WHR from Ascension Group Architects. He has nine years’ experience specializing in healthcare and has worked in the A/E/C industry since 1996. Michael will be working on the REX Healthcare project located in North Carolina. He is a registered architect in Texas and Wisconsin. Michael brings a thorough knowledge of AIA documents, accessibility guidelines, building codes, Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services and The Facilities Guidelines Institute. Michael is a people-oriented planner with excellent communication and team building skills. He knows the importance of managing client relationships and works to develop new client relationships and markets.
