On Aug. 22, 2019, representatives from Bautex Systems and Masa Studio Architects led a tour of Gracewood’s new community center.

On Aug. 22, 2019, Bautex Systems’ Chris Leonard, Paul Brown and Gretchen Kliafas with Emily Ledbetter, project manager from Masa Studio Architects, were joined by more than 50 architects, engineers, general contractors and community leaders for a tour of Gracewood’s new community center. The new, 15,000 sq. ft. community center is one of the most flood and wind resistant buildings currently under construction in Harris County.
