I have found such joy in the opportunity to give back to the community through medical planning and healthcare design. The challenge to understand a healthcare system's current needs alongside their future goals and to help them bridge the gap to provide a patient-centered design is what keeps me motivated to continue researching new trends for the benefit of each individual project.”

PhiloWilke Partnership is pleased to announce the promotion of Kenneth Olson to Partner. With more than a decade with the firm, Kenneth started as a summer intern and is now one of our newest Partners. Kenneth’s approach to leadership is exemplified by his positive outlook, steadfast resilience, and a holistic approach to architecture. In collaboration with those around him, Kenneth approaches each project team with the core values of PhiloWilke Partnership and with the success of the firm and his colleagues in mind. When asked about his role within the firm, Kenneth said: “Architecture is creative and deliberate problem solving for the benefit of those being impacted by the spaces we design. Through PhiloWilke, I am fortunate enough to have the opportunity to do this every day for our amazing Clients and in partnership with our team.” PhiloWilke is grateful to have Kenneth Olson’s insight and passion as we look forward to his continued contributions toward the success of the firm!

Luke Christen – Promoted to Partner at PhiloWilke Partnership PhiloWilke Partnership is pleased to announce the promotion of Luke Christen to Partner. In the last decade, Luke has been an integral part of PhiloWilke’s success and drive toward excellence. Through projects with varying degrees of complexity, Luke has contributed as a leader through his determination, creative problem-solving, and eye for detailed design. When asked about his role within the firm, Luke said: “I enjoy the challenge of designing unique spaces that assist in positively impacting the healing experience of patients and creating a cohesive environment for those that treat them.” As he steps into the role of Partner, we are excited to see the skillset he brings to every team he leads and how his resolve will propel him forward through new projects.
