Thank you for supporting AIA Houston and participating in AIA Sandcastle. Each sponsor must complete a  t-shirt order form for their wristbands and t-shirts. Each wristband and t-shirt are $15.00 (Incudes both t-shirt and wristband. Items not sold separately.)

Use this form to order all of your t-shirts and wristbands, including those you receive with your sponsorship. Contact rhonda@aiahouston.org for your sponsor discount code to receive credit for the t-shirts and wristbands included in your sponsorship. Each sponsor may only use their discount code once.

Please wait to complete this form when you have your total t-shirt order and submit the form only once. If you are filling out this form to ammend your order, DO NOT DUPLICATE your previous order. If you wish to change sizes of t-shirts previously ordered, please email your change request to rhonda@aiahouston.org. If you wish to order ADDITIONAL shirts, please fill out the Company Name field plus the word "ADDITIONAL". All forms must be completed and received by Monday May 9 at 5:00pm.
