2016 Gingerbread Build-Off Team Registration

Register your team for the 8th Annual Gingerbread Build-Off in Hermann Square at City Hall on Saturday December 10, 2016. Competition is 10am -3pm with awards at 4pm. This event is hosted by Architecture Center Houston.

Register your team below. You can order more aprons and a tent on this form or you can use the Additional Materials Form to order a tent, more aprons, gingerbread and frosting anytime up to November 30 at 5pm.

Registration includes:

  • aprons for 5 team members (student teams will receive 10 aprons)
  • 48" round presentation/work table
  • 8' x 18" work table
  • 2 chairs
  • a regulation foil covered base
  • basic gingerbread structural materials including:
    • two 17" x  23" gingerbread sheets
    • 2lbs frosting
    • red hots
    • peppermint candies and canes
    • gumdrops
