Please complete this form to order additional shirts and wristbands. The deadline for ordering additional shirts and wristbands is Friday August 5th at 5pm.

Shirt quantities are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. You will be notified the week of August 8th if the sizes you requested are not available. 

T-shirts & wristbands will be available for pick up at the AIA Houston office August 15 - 19 during regular business hours. The office will close at noon on Friday August 19th.
